The crankset is engineered for universal compatibility, allowing it to be mounted on any frame, whether equipped with disc brakes or not. It maintains an optimal chain line for rear hub flange widths of 130, 135, or 142 millimeters, while the Q factor remains unchanged at 145.5 millimeters thanks to a refined crank design.

Performance is further enhanced by the inclusion of ceramic Cult bearings, which contribute to the renowned smoothness associated with the Campagnolo brand. The outer chainring incorporates a contoured pin, resulting in quicker and quieter gear changes, while the symmetrical teeth on the inner chainring provide greater stability, even during extreme chain angles. The crankset also benefits from dual bolt circle diameters—112 and 145 millimeters—and eight fixing screws, which together maximize stiffness and minimize weight through the extensive use of carbon fiber.

Each chainring combination, available in 50/34, 52/36, and 53/39, features a specific number of pins to ensure seamless and efficient upshifting.
